About Gigantic Work
Bridging the gap between frontier AI capability research and battle-tested production systems engineering.
Why Gigantic Work Exists
The artificial intelligence landscape is inundated with surface-level prompt guides and trivial chatbot demos. Yet, when engineering teams attempt to integrate autonomous agents and frontier LLMs into mission-critical production systems, they face severe hurdles: non-determinism, silent regressions, context dilution, and tool safety hazards.
Gigantic Work was founded to advance the discipline of AI Systems Engineering. We treat foundation models not as magical black boxes, but as stochastic execution engines that require rigorous automated testbeds, deterministic evaluation harnesses, and robust multi-agent orchestration architectures.
Our Core Research & Editorial Focus
- Harness Engineering: Designing synthetic evaluation datasets, deterministic AST assertion gates, and position-calibrated LLM-as-a-judge pipelines.
- Scaling Managed Agents: Solving context window collapse, attention drift, and tool privilege boundaries through hierarchical supervision and working memory tiering.
- Autonomous Swarm Architectures: Event-driven choreography, state serialization, and automated recovery loops for long-running workflows.
- Production Verification & CI/CD: Establishing evaluation gates in automated CI pipelines to catch prompt and model regressions before deployment.
Open Source & Static Architecture
In keeping with our belief in speed, transparency, and minimalism, Gigantic Work is built with a zero-JS baseline using Astro 5, Svelte 5 islands for interactive simulators, and modern CSS. The entire codebase is open-source and hosted statically on GitHub Pages.
